Alright I have a mpc 1k. When I bought it i thought i did my homework but i guess not. I was under the impression I could make a full beat easily on here(and export it as wav). But I figuered out you have to resample and all that and im not sure how (to many words i never heard). But Im just wondering I have fruity loops 7 and 5. I have audacity. Magix musik maker 7?. Im just wondering what would be the easiest way to go from here. Im not broke so i can spend money. Im about to ge a keyboard also. I know i can hook my mp up to fl studio think thats the best way? hit me back drop some knowlege. whats easiest?

Yes, you can make a complete composition on the 1k.

Yes, you already described the easiest way. Internally record the main out, it's in the manual. Follow along with that and go through it instead of just thinking about it and confusing yourself, alot of people try to do that without doing it and drive themselves crazy in the process.

No knowledge to drop though, it's in the manual.

if you have all that daw software then just hook up the mpc mains to the pc and hit record in the daw. you can track individually or track the whole beat in one shot. get yourself a decent interface and start hitting that record button. and your beats will be on your pc in no time.
