Max recordin time on an MPC 1000

hello folks!
i've got an mpc 1000 and wondering if anyone can tell me what the max amount of recording time you can get on this? is 27 secs on stereo the best it does? if i buy a 2gb mem card would it make a difference?

Before you get flamed to death ,I'd go and read all the stickys at the top of the list ...................Sounds like you need to turn off auto load though..........A flash card only stores shyt after the fact. Upgrade your ram! RTM!
