Having problems saving the q slider effects on sample***

Im kinda new at this and i was doing a track last night.....d*** it was ill, but i saved it(or so i thought) and went back in this morning....and it was there under seq, but the kit i made up with the drums and effects on the drums and sample q slider efx were missing...i was left with the basic sample i started with....

help a brother out!




you laughed at me then/ you not laughing now/calling me 5 times a day/saying can i get down?/i love what you doing/how you get that sound?/i just stick to my music when i sample a sound......
