Bundled sounds that come with the mpc?

Hey, I just purchased the MPC 1000, been learning it the past few days, and have found out that there are dozens of kits already on the flash drive, I was under the assumption that the MPC didnt come with any sounds other than that Demo song at the beginning. Speaking of that, I had about 4 demo sequences not just the one, and Im not sure how to get rid of them, Ive tried deleting the samples but when i restart there they are again. IS this normal or has someone used this mpc before? thank you

I was wondering the same thing, is it possible to get rid of the stock sounds.

Yes, but once they are gone don't come 'round here asking where to get phat samplez and dope beatz.

Turn those kits off in autoload, and one thing i did was added all the sounds from the CF card to my computer so if i lose that CF, i would still be able get those sounds if needed.
