mpc 1000 clearence?

i was surfing thru guitar centers webpages and came across this piece of info... looks like a new model may be in the works! now this post isnt meant to be a wish list for features since u can find that anywhere on here but if ur in the market for one (as i am) then this means price drops all over the place

havent been able to find anything and the cats @ gc arent saying too much so right now its just what they have on their site. one cat actually told me that they dont have anything to do with whats on THEIR web site!

Did you see where they wrote "Closeout" near the price and get all excited? All I'm seeing on their web site is $999.99, a typical price for the 1000. A lot of companies use words like clearance to get customers excited...

naw it was nothing like that i did 5 years plus in sales@ best buy so i know the difference, its just abnormal for that word to be attached to a BEST SELLER. wishful thinking maybe but since i just paid 500 for a used one from gc it really doesnt matter anymore. plus if u own one it really wouldnt matter either since u own one. this was probably 4 the heads like me that have been gettin down w/ other samplers while saving 4 a 1k.
