RAM/WARRANTY

i didnt get any upgrades for my MPC and was looking at the ram upgrade but my MPC is giving off vibes it might wanna break on me.
Is there any way of getting around the RAM issue and not voiding the warranty?

I dont think getting RAM will void your warranty, besides if you do get the RAM upgrade and your unit breaks, take the RAM out and when your new MPC arrives, slip it back in and BAM!!! 128mb of rocking sampling time....

Is this true?
