the only thing ive found on ebay is custom build ata hard-shell cases.. was wondering if anybody knew of any other brands that fit or are designed specifically for the mpc 1000?

gator, skb, road ready. all make cases that will work. and the more padding inside the better. you could also find a larger composite gun case and cut the foam inside to fit your 1000

Thats what i use when traveling, i got a guncase from plano molding, same people who make tackle boxes. I had to remove part of the foam, but it fits the mpc and cables pretty secure.

I too am looking for a hard case for my MPC1000.
Although I have yet to make a purchase, I am leaning toward Pelican's 1490 case. A little expensive, but I'm sure it will protect as needed.

The gun case is a damn good idea! This Plano 4 Pistol case is perfect and only $13 plus shipping! Has plenty of padding plus room for cables and some extra ish!!
