so, I'm running the offic OS on the 1000 (just got it today) I'm more that happy with using the Q sliders to set start and end points when trimming a sample yet I can't figure out what to do when setting the start and end points with a sliced sample....I have tried using the Q sliders just how I would when trimming a sample but it doesn't work....I know you can hit numerical and do it that way but thats a ball ache, and I know you can do it with the jog wheel but thats even more of a ball ache as it's so slow.

hope i've explained this well enough.

Thanks for any help. maybe the free jj upgrade would be the way forward but first i'd like to know if i'm being a spoon or not.

cheers
