Is there a way to apply the effect of a slider permanently on a track? For example the realtime tune... I'm on OS1.

I think the only way of doing this is to resample, no? Ok.

But the annoying thing is that every time i stop the track and restart it, the tune is resetted to the original. While I wait to resample, and go on composing, is it possibile to lock the tune?

qlinks are sequence level, not program level. you can't "apply" them unless you record it into your sequence. say you had a pgm which for 3 seqs played at normal tune, but in the 4th seq you wanted it to play five notes lower. in the 1.01.00 position of the 4th seq, you'd drop a qreal that said -50 realtime tune. then at the beginning of the next seq, if you wanted it to revert to normal, you'd enter a realtime tune data that says 0.
