Changing the sample/value affected by q-link on a quick way?

Is there a possibility to change the samples/values/effect affected by the q-link sliders on a very fast way? Like when I'm changing the sequence or the track?

For example:
I change the filtering of sample1 on the track with a slider but while recording I want to change the same slider to affect the level of sample2.
Is there some kind of order I could program into the track? Maybe I'll have one track muted and when I'm unmuting it the order will be carried out and the q-link affects on sample2 and level?
Or maybe when I change the sequence the slider will effect the other set?

That would be great for live performance
