how do you put samples into your mpc 1000?!?!

Im getting pretty pissed that i dont know how to put samples into my mpc 1000.. i have jjos(free version) and i dont have a turntable (planning to get one).. how do you put samples from your pc to mpc?? please help! i got my mpc about 2 weeks ago and i havent found out

1-mode
2-record pad
3-record sample (you have to send the info from your computer to MPC) I use a 1/8 to 1/4 cable.

i think you ended up with the one you have to send to me to install samples

dude you can put samples in your mpc through USB

thats the cable that connects to your computer.. you connect it go to mode load usb and then on the computer drag in the sample. you can easly download pre recorded records on the internet if you look around properly for free . just make sure the sound format is .wav.. Somtimes when the sound format says its .wav you might have to convert it again to .wav before puting it in your mpc kus youl see that if you dont the sound is **** up..
