XL data encoder in my 1k..... what?

ok so heres the deal. i know alot of cats complain about the data encoder on the 1k. since i couldnt find my old xl encoder to test it. i ordered a new one. since i needed some extra clear buttons for another mod i just threw it in the order. i will see if it is possible to install the xl encoder at the same time. i will be taking alot of pics during the process. so if its possible then i will post a tutorial on here and probably a video on youtube. what do you guys think about this?
