MPC 1000 & Ableton

Hello Everyone,

I just purchased Ableton Live and was wondering if anybody here uses this software?

I am still learning the MPC! But for you vets that use them in conjunction, please let me know about a few things I can expect to hopefully achieve with my new toys.

Also if you have made anything that you are willing to share, I would love to listen since I am new to this.

The APC 40 looks like the best controller for Ableton!

But I still like the MPC 1000 and want to learn about this...I already have it anyway

This is a dummy question, but how can I trigger Ableton sounds with the MPC 1000? I am assuming I need to purchase and interface next?

Slowly I am putting together a small studio for myself.
