samples play when i'm not playing, then go to a snare rush

yea i was just tapping some stuff for fun then i realized that some of the sounds playing weren't in the sequence i was going with, so i stopped, but then it kept going and getting a little crazy, then it just progressed into a constant snare rush. what the **** was that? could it be cause some of the samples are a few seconds long and i have them on "play till end of sampled"? how can i put all the pads to the setting where they only play till i pick up my finger?

lol..word man. now i answered about 4 of ur questions abunch, wit no problem bcuz i know how it is when u just want a quick answer for things. but cmon, u gotta ATLEAST SKIM thru the manual man.
