How to shift program on an external MPC?

I have succesfully connected my MPC1000 (master) to a MPC2500 - everything's working.
But I would like to find out, if it is possible to "sync" the programs. So when I change program on my MPC1000 it automatically changes program on the MPC2500???

I know you can do that with other external gear. I kind of remember a global setting to accept Program Change parameters.
