to get new os?

so when i upgrade the hard drive n ram n stuff do i have to upgrade the os or can i before and how do i get the new/best os? thanks guys

no, installing the ram does not require you to update your os.

akai os is available from akais website.

a large number of people would reccomend you invest in jjos. There are stickys in the jjos forum that should answer any questoions you have.
