Blue MPC 1000

im about to pick up a blue mpc 1000 from a guy off craigslist for 400 (crazy deal I think) what should I b looking for? besides dead pads of course

Crazy deal? when you add the $$ your going to have to spend to get the pad upgrade when those die you'll realize that you could have just picked up a used black 1k with the newer pads..

I have def never seen a used black mpc with the new pads for under 650...

i got mine for like 550.00 w/ jjos and updated pads.

a good deal would be 300.00 and you get a bj from him.

and im surprised that craigslist has that kind of deal most people just try to a$$ rape on craigs

well I was tryin to see what I should be lookin for... but nobody answered that question but anyway, I just picked it up for 400 the unit looks almost brand new, pads are still all good, it works for me ill prob get the pads in a month or so

why would you get new pads if they ones you got are fine?

I kno they are going to fail at some point since they are the old stlye so why wait for them to die?

lol, u guys are ridicules haha, we all know the pads on the blue 1000 are notorious for going bad, plus i hear the feel of the newer pads feel more like the older mpc models

so whats this crazy deal? how much are you paying for this bluempc1k?

get the new ones so when you sell this thing you can just put the old ones back in and then sell the new ones separately.

speaking of, i have a hard drive kit with 100GB drive and CF adapter, the akai memory upgrade, and a black case for sale, hit me up. my new pads are already taken

if u ve the money, take a black onewith new pads!!!!

i belive tha taiwan production is better than the china one!!!!(its proven on many sectors)

and u get around to have to modify ur mpc with it s risks and time loose.
