Converting from 4000 to 1000

Ok, guys. I´ve had a 4000 for almost a year and am very satisfied with it. Unfortunately I will probably move in about two months and I won´t have enough space to have the MPC 4000 in the dorm to where I´m moving...

So, I´, thinking about selling my 4000 and buying a 1000 instead.

Here´s a couple of questions;


1. Is there an equivalent to the "Key programs" of 4000 on the 1000?
2. Is it easy to start working with the 1000 if you´re used to work with the 4000?
3. Is computer connectivity smoother on the mpc 1000 then it is on the 4000?

Answers would be very much appreciated!

DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!! Make space for it! The 1000 (w/ JJOS) does have keygroups and its pretty simple to transfer files to/from a computer, but i would not make the change. The 4000 might be the best "all around" mpc made. If you can, try 2 keep it.

Ok, so why not? What is so much better with the MPC 4000? the thing is I´m moving to another country so my luggage space is kinda limited...
