nah, why pay anything for what you can have for free. that seller is just someone trying to sell what you can find for free.

and musicxp.com are both great sites for tweaking a pc for audio.
and sound on sound magazine has a great forum with tons of free articles on the topic.
Even after they find the tweaks, few people will wanna go as far as they must to perform all the best tweaks because they use their regular pc as a music pc.
A DAW is solely for digital audio and nothing else.. having an "everything else pc, AND a DAW is the best, but not the most convenient & cost effective for most.
On the other hand, I learned a long time ago to have both .. try loosing a few hundred songs and tons of audio files and samples to a virus and corrupt drive, and you'll do it too.
for anyone interested, try looking into what I mentioned above, and Im willing to bet you'll find everything you would if you bought that ebook on ebay, and probably even more that isn't included.
