Problems bringing samples from Mac to MPC...

I'm having some issues bringing samples from my Mac to the MPC. I cut up all my samples using Pro Tools and saved them as individual WAV files. I hooked up the MPC to the Mac and was able to see the MPC drive on the Mac, but when I try to copy the new files in, I get an error saying there's not enough disk space. The drive is only about 1/4 full and these samples are only about 250kb.

The only thing I noticed is that the WAV files I'm trying to copy have the Pro Tools icon and the ones that are currently on the MPC have a Quicktime icon (when looking at the two drives on the computer). Is there a difference between WAV files? Has anyone else had an issue with copying files from the computer onto the MPC?

did you format the hd in the mpc?
don't care about the icons. you see the icon of the last program you edited your waves in.

you might need to secure empty your trash when the mpc is hooked to the mac...i had a the same problem and it turned out all the samples i thought i had deleted were still in the trash taking up memory.
