everytime i've done a new beat, i select "save entire memory" and name it differently. but still, when i have a new beat on mpc, (in cf i mean) and i try to open the some of the older one, only thing same is the seq, its how i left it, but sounds and so on are the ones from the newest beat.
if you know what i mean
what's the problem?

my only guess is that you're not creating new folders for each project so it's pulling up the same samples. if not, you've got yourself a problem.

one question, if i sample something to the root-folder, and start working with the sample later, make a beat and save it in new folder, can i delete the sound from root-folder cause it is in the new beat folder also? my cf was full so fast that i was sure something is not quite right.
answer, holla

yea u can delete it. When u save you can chose to copy files to the folder, and then u can delete whatever is outside of the folder.
