I recently bought the Ambient Hip Hop Constructions set from mpc-samples.com. Nice!

Does anybody have any other recommendations?

I've purchased the westcoast kit from here was curious. Wasn't impressed i mean heh if anyone knows westcoast music they know those drums didn't sound like anything like drums us westcoast producers use (AT ALL)

Can't speak for the others because I never gave them a chance I just stick to crafting my own these days

We've got another one of those Ambient construction sets coming soon - I'm just finishing off the final edits for it. We'll announce it as soon as it's ready :)

I bought the "SENSE OF RHYTHM" samples. I think they're fine. I have no complaints other than there is no ride hi hat. Otherwise, all is cool in my opinion. I'd like to check out the rest of the "INSPIRED BY" series.

Our new Dilla pack has quite a few rides inside, each drum kit has both a ride and a crash.

the demo sounds from the dilla pack was fresh so thats sounding tempting but i really dont need no more drums so tryna refrain.

but most of the sound pack judging by the demo stuff was not reall exciting they sounded like background shit on a dj shadow album, the excitement was not there.

I plan on don't know when, sampling my TR-808 (I have one) and posting up the free samples.

One day.

Not today though.

Get Rebirth, it's for free from the rebirthmuseum website

Google

You'll find tons of free ones that were sampled from the actual unit.
