hidden filter bits

so i'm playing around this morning and trying to get the filter to do something or other - i'm in the V Freq page (you know, press 'window'...)and i pressed > when i was on 'filter number' - - - out of no-where a new option springs up... 'filter amount', i press < and 'filter attack' (or something, it's turned off now) appears (-100 to +100).... if you press v when on filter amount, you get another option for V Freq(lazily/worryingly the text clashes with the main V Freq text!) - - -

i think to myself - excellent, i've just found some stuff that means you can apply envelopes to the filter...

does it actually do anything...?

anyone got it to work???

I recall a post about this before and I think access to this was disabled in OS 1.04 until it is implemented (if all all).
