Sounds not playing from sequnce...

so last night i made a beat on my mpc1000

i usually create a new foler...save the program and each sequnce in there seperately...

when i want to open them i click on the folder and it loads right up...

i tried to load up the beat i made last night and when i play it i cant hear anything...the volume is working correct because i can play the pads...i made sure the program section was switched to the correct program for the song...

i can figure anything else to try...i loaded up another song and it works fine...i pulled out the CF and re inserted and still nothing...
i tried to load each sequence separately but then it gives "system error"...

any help would be greatly appreciated...

don't save the files separately into a folder... always use the SAVE ENTIRE MEMORY option into a new folder.

alrighty...with that said^^...does anyone kno what could cause the sounds not to play...when i look at each track i can see the little dots showing that something is there...

it's more than likely because you are just playing the pgm file itself. when you saved the pgm, you didn't save the samples along with it. that's why crossings said to save entire memory. that way, everything saves where it's supposed to. unless you just want to save the pgm then you have to create a folder then save your pgm and samples to that folder.
