I know this is probly a stupid question, but how do i get rid of a sequence i have and dont want nomore???

go to the sequence name on the top of the screen, press the window button, there's an option to delete, press DO IT and it will ask you if you're sure you want to do so, click "do it" again and it will do it...

.... and if you change your mind, press "cancel". Better thing twice because there is no Recycle bin on the MPC
