Import Midi Sequence into MPC 1000 ??

I’ve been using an MPC 1000 for almost a year together with ProTools & Sonar and used it live a few times before.

I’m about to use it live again and would like play sequences on my MPC using my multitimbral keyboards as sound modules. I transferred one sequence from Sonar by recording all 10 midi tracks one-by-one to the MPC. Is there a faster way to do this? Can the MPC1000 import a midi sequence?
