MPC Pad 187 program isnt recognizing my Pro Tools 8 chops

Hey everyone! I've recently downloaded the MPC Pad 187 to create programs for my 1000. Unfortunately whenever I load up the program on my MPC the audio files arent being recognized. When I load the program it says "file not found". And when I try and load the samples it says "wrong file". I can see both the samples and program on my mpc but the audio files aren't working for some reason. I could hear the sounds on my computer when I dropped the files on the virtual pads. Is this software bogus? Is there another version I can use? Should I go back to the old fashioned way of doing things? Or do I need to just update my OS.
