Serious I clicked on that link with an open mind but there's no arrangement or rhythm or anything there, just a showcase of how many bitty crunchy noise sounds he got and how quickly he can press and slide everything. Which anyone can do in my eyes... I mean, am I missing something

Agreed. If you check his post description he's only had his mp a month...
Did like some of his glitch noises tho, didn't really think it was poss on the mp? I've had a bit of a mess around with it but when the samples get too small you just get a click sound, like there's no sample there. I havent really gone deep tryn tho.

i've seen autechre playing live that was glitch to the core, but they used a machinedrum next to the mpc 1000.

I've seen this video before and I f*cking hate it. Dude's just mashing pads. No skill in that. A toddler could do the same thing quite easily. Get off the screen you d*ck!

I agree with what some others have said - that vid (to me) shows no musicianship, skill or taste. The no taste part is the hardest to deal with.
