Need some help, play and play start don't produce sound

Hey, guys, I'm wondering if you could help me out with a few things.

I have the JJOS installed 3.09(free). I just got the 1000 yesterday with the regular OS, and everything was fine,so I installed JJOS and now when i record something and press play or play start, the sequence won't play. Any ideas? Am I doing something wrong?

only thing you're doing wrong is not downloading the manual...
