ok....i tried loading and saving the drums from my flash drive to the hard drive. and it just doesnt seem to work. I tried the mode load/save function. and yes...i read the manual..thats how i got that far. what do i need to do?

Load it from MemCard into Memory of the MPC....then save it back to the HD.

i don't have a hard drive in my 1000 [no need for one with large flash cards], but i don't see why you wouldn't be able to so this with the USB cable and dragging your folders/files from the flashcard to the HD [while on your pc].
