Questions about basic Copying and pasting

i just got my 1000 and i am having trouble copying my 2 bar beat and pasting it over and over again so its like 8 bars. How do i do this? Jjos2xl was installed in the mpc. i tried looking around but could not find out how to do this

On page 7...how change the amount of bars to 8.

On page 39...Copy, Paste & Delete etc...


Btw...these are basic things to read and learn.
