BlueBox won't open files

I created a bunch of programs using Bluebox, and transfered them to my autoload folder in the 1k. Everything worked fine. I noticed I didn't adjust the volumes in Bluebox so I did it in the MPC. Now when I go back into Bluebox and access the CF card via usb, none of the program will open or import. I can see them, but they won't open. Wait, I just notice all the programs I updated on the MPC have .PGM as the ext and the ones that haven't been updated have .pgm (all lowercase). Is there a way to fix other than manually changing them?

Update: tried changing a few ext to lowercase and still can't open them in bluebox.
