do all mpc 1000's come with the new pads

i really want to get an mpc 1000 with the JJ OS to save me forking £950 for a 2500 but i'm seeing alot of people online saying they've had problems with the new pads.

does anybody know if all the new mpc 1000's come with the new pads?

or shall i just save all the hassle with this and get a 2500?

New ones come with new pads. But how will you know you're getting a new one? It could have been on a shelf or a warehouse for years. That's probably unlikely though.
