how to save and load, sorry if this may be a stupid question

ok so I have the 1000, had it before took it back now have another.

I cant seem to understand how to load beats back onto the mpc 1000 from either the computer or from the memory card.

please help, I have like 10 dope beats and cant load them back up.

so much easier on the 2000


yes ive read the manuel many times, just dont get it
