Problem with mute groups and target mute

Hi!

Here is the trouble:

I recorded a closed HiHat track.
I want to record an open HiHat track, and want this to mute events of the closed HH track when played.
Classic

I assigned the two pads to the same mute group

When I play the openHH over the Closed HH, while sequence is playing, no problem. When I record while playing, no problem, while the sequence keeps playing with the closedHH and the OpenHH juste recorded, no problem.

BUT...when I stop, and press play.......the events of the first track mute the events of the second.

It's the same when I use target mute assignement.

Could someone help me?
