Syncing With Cubase

What exactly do I do to sync my MPC with Cubase. I've been trying to do this for quite some time but im stumped. Thanks in advance

Its took me a while too but this is what u got to do:

ON MPC - IN MIDI/SYNC , Select the Sync In & Out port u are connecting to your computer. (I am only using a midi out from my computer to mpc, i guess u could use only one cable if thats all u have like me).

IN CUBASE- GO to OPTIONS -> SYNCHRONIZATION -> Under Sync Out select MIDI CLOCK & use your sound cards name(mine say MPU-401).
Then press play in cubase, u should see on the mpc where the tempo is change to (EXT).
