tracking w/ sonar 8 producer/mpc 1000

i have been trying to sync my mpc 1000 w/sonar 8. what im exactly tryin to do, is sync all of my tracks on my mpc to all of the tracks on the sonar 8 program. that way you can play a lil more with your editing. does anybody know how to do this? and what you need to do this? thanx!
