PROBLEM WITH CF CARD PLEASE HELP!!!

I have a Kingston 1gb CF card and have been using it for about 1 or 2 months. It has been working fine till now. Now when I try to put samples onto it it says it's full up even though I just deleted over 200mb off of it. Is there anything I can do?

I'd get the stuff you need off of it and backed up onto your computer and format the card. That might help.

+1 yea its basically like restarting your CF card just make sure you save what you need to save cuz formatting it will delete whatevers saved on there.

i can't remember if it was on mac or pc... but i remember hearing that if you used one of the system apps for analyzing a drive [i'm trying to remember if it was scandisk or defragmenting the disk... something like that] on your compactflash card, that it would fill up all the blank space with blank data and make the card unusable with the MPC... maybe you ran one of those system disk apps on your CF card...?
