Sync mpc1000 to logic,, out of sync when cycling.

I synced the mpc1k to logic and all goes well till logic cycles in the arrangement.
Everytime a cycle (loop between bars) runs trough the mpc1000 goes out of sync, or it restarts too late.

Does anyone know what i can do about it???

I hope that's not thinly veiled racism
