I've got this guitar sample I would like to take to a keyboard to play chords with it etc..

Keyboard midi out <----> MIDI cable <----> MPC midi in.
Read the manual for more accurate instructions.

The manual only tells me how to trigger sounds FROM an external source i.e. a midi keyboard WITH my mpc. I want to do it the other way round. But thank you for help anyway.
