Memory Card Slot Problem!!!

I NEED HELP!!! I recently posted that I am having a memory card problem and the MPC1000 JJOS won't read. I've had it 3 years with no problems. I pushed the card in harder, softer, pushed up on the edges and down on the edges and finally pushed something between the card and the slot to make it more snug and it read. Then when I go to save something it errors out and says "Directory Error". I'm very upset at this. The card is not full, has 3/4 space free. I need to now what I should do. Anybody have this problem and how did you handle it? Can this be fixed and where do I send/take it?
