Hey people.
I just got this baby so I have a noob question for you all.
Ok, so I play drums in a metal-industrial band (myspace.com/skrewofficial) and basically what I want to do is have my drum triggers go to an alesis dm5 which will hook up midi to the mpc 1000 with my own sounds loaded onto mpc. Ultimately my sounds from the mpc will come through the PA, not any alesis sounds. I want to achieve this in the studio as well when we record our album.
Any advice or suggestions on this or if it will work would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
