Can't use the resample function and the headphones out

I can't use the resample function and the headphones out. Do you know what is the problem?

could be two separate problems....be more descriptive....

I had some problems with my EXM128 that's why i sent my machine to a service. They fixed the problem, but the phones out and the resample function don't work. I don't know what is that..

i cant be more descriptive, because i dont know whats happened..

if you just got it back from a service and it's not working why not take it back to them and throw it in their faces and set fire to their store? or at least ask why they returned it in a non-functioning state

hmm..i dismantled the machine, a cable was not plugged in at the headphones out. i cant believe it. these mechanics are silly. but the resample function is still not working.

Have you tryed to reinstall the os?

Yes, i reinstalled the OS, but it's not okay.
