Saving problem!

First you need to know then english is my third language, french is my first...
I just bought an mpc 1000 (with an 160Gig hard disk) 2 days ago, and I have a big problem with saving,... each time i made a beat I saved on the Hard Disk,... after... I turn my mpc on, and I load the last beat I did, it work good,... but after,... I try to load my another beat, it dont work.... so, i turned my mpc off, after .... I turn it on again and load another beat (not my last one) and it dont work too... Only the last beat I did work good, ... and if I make a new one, the new one will be the only one to work.....

I realy dont understand why it dont work? I dont wanna loose all my beat each time I will do new beat :/

oh, and my second problem, someone know a way to erase all thing on the internal disk? i just turn the autoload off but just wanna know if its possible to erase all program, sound and song of the internal... each time I tried i had an Error message...!

You need to save Samples and Sequences, not just Programs

Yeah but when I save, I save everything ( the last option when you can choose save sample or save program or... etc...)

but only the last beat work, all the other i did before dont work....
and if my last beat of yesterday work now, if i do a new beat right now and i save that one, the yesterday beat will not work after saving my new one... it verry weird....
