CUSTOM MPCs??

I want to put in some work customizing my MPC a bit, but was wondering if anybody knows sites they would recommend to get parts.

I want to get wood paneling (I don't know any woodworkers) so I'm going to get it off here:

Also thinking about getting new pads and maybe a skin.

Any recommendations for SKINS or paint jobs? (Looking to spend under 80$) I would paint myself, but am a bit concerned I would mess things up. Would prob just do 1 solid color (or 2).

yeaaa....just < 80 for the Skin. wouldn't mind painting, but not sure if I have the skills for that this time around.

already got wood paneling, new knobs, new dials and new pads.

@pastor - i checked out style flip...do you have 1? wondering how long they last (~ a year or so?) before getting pretty grimy or falling off... i use my MP at least every other day.

nope - my mpc is uncustomised, except for a JJOS splashscreen

any1 on here have a style flip skin?

check the show your 1000 thread there are plenty of style flips around here.


one of my favourite 1000's was a black one with wood sides... it looked like it would fit in well with a moog.
