is there a way i can export my seqeunces to my laptop withou

i have all my sequences ready and sounding good,ive been re recording them again using the main out so it converts as a wav file but i find that i have to chop it again in my daw because i have silence at the beginning and end of the re recordings,and then i cant get them sounding nice and smooth once ive chopped a second time, can i avoid this all together? can i get it on my computer as one whole song? i know its a real amateur question,i feel like it will be so much more simple but im just not sure how to go about it exactly

why does removing silence at the beginning and end change how it sounds?

Im using ableton live and Im getting so much delay...Im using my stereo out and my laptop mic but getting so much delay and frequency.
