Is there anyway to record your track mutes? I'm new to the MPC but if it doesnt have this feature then that is gonna take a load of fun out of using this thing and ill be very disappointed.

yes it can you just have to read the manual yeah
Notice the window button lights up when your cursor is on Mute:OFF???
hit window button and turn on track mute events.
Notice in the sequencer the track mute?
