mpc 1000 (master), reason 4 (slave), pro-tools 7.4 (slave)

Yo.. I was having problems with my set up, and I was wondering if one of you guys can help. Currently I use my MPC 1000 to sequence my Yamaha Motif XS Rack, then slave it to Pro-Tools to record. After its been recorded to Pro-Tools I rewire Reason to Pro-Tools to use some of the sounds off of Reason. Now Im trying to add Reason to the equation as a slave to the MPC 1000, so that I can do all this in the MPC. I tried slaving both to the MPC but when both programs (Pro-Tools, and Reason) were on my computer at the same time, Reason automatically rewires with Pro-Tools. I know I can slave Reason to my MPC without Pro-Tools and record everything to the MPC and then slave it to Pro-Tools to record, but I use an 003 Rack as an interface and to my knowledge Pro-Tools must be on in order to monitor my mix. Ive been trying to figure out a way to incorporate all these things, in a way that would be good for work flow. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
