Upgrading from mpc500 to a MPC1000 with JJOS compatibility q

Hey there,
So I just bought an mpc1000 and I intend on installing JJOS2xl on it, but before I do, I was hoping to get a little feedback on compatability - Will the programs and sequences I wrote on the MPC500 work fine when I start working on the new MPC with the different OS? had a little bash on the 1000 with the stock os and I'm so glad I made the switch!

I would recommend working on existing material in Akai OS or JJ OS1, and using OS2 or OS2XL for new projects. There are a lot of things changed around in OS2 and OS2XL, like for example pad-to-MIDI note assignments, q-links, etc. that no one can say for sure if your projects will transfer over.
