Havent used anything since the sp 303. MPC 1000 to Mac Book.

Hello. Im KI. I need some advice. I just got the Mpc 1000 and im trying to load a file from my memory card to Mpc, so I can assign it to a pad. I know how to assign from the program menu, but I loaded a sample from my Mac Book, via the Usb port, found it in the load screen, and now it wont let me press load.

Any ideas? thank you in advance, im a caveman trying to step my game up.
